The Bungalow is a modern cottage condo, attached to a private residence. It has all the comforts of home including a cozy kitchen fully equipped with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The living room features a 20-foot ceiling and windows and deck overlooking the water. Two bedrooms, each with queen beds, and one bedroom with bunk beds provide sleeping for 6. Other features include 2 baths, 3 cable TV's, a washer and dryer, central air conditioning, a gas grill on the deck, and a 2 stall garage. A Ping Pong Table is located in the garage. All linens and bath towels are provided. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed.

The Bungalow is so close to the water's edge, that it could nearly be considered an "Over-the-Water Bungalow".
