areas for our exceptional facilities, competitive rates, and
peace-of-mind. Outdoor storage and indoor heated storage are
available. The Shipyard is equipped with one 35 and one 75-ton
open end Travelifts and maintains a complete marine service
department with 130,000 sq.ft. of heated inside winter storage.
Many
services are available while your boat is in winter storage.
You can have the bottom repainted, the hull waxed, remodel
the interior, or have the deck stripped, sanded and revarnished.

For the Do-It-Yourselfer,
Owners are allowed to work on their own boats. Many
boatyards are no longer allowing boatowners to work on their
own boats. However, here at Eldeans, as long as owners follow
a few guidelines (some are set forth by the Michigan Clean
Marina Program), there is not a problem with do-it-yourself
