Banquet Facilities: Besides hosting our own marina parties, building #4 (adjacent to the post office) can be rented for private parties. Weddings, fundraisers, and graduation parties have been held this building for over 10 years. You name the party and we'll provide the space. There are bathrooms in the building. Just order the food, rent the supplies, and do a little decorating and its the perfect spot for hundreds of your closest friends. Look at some of the shipyard party pictures in the photo tour for inspiration. This building has held several Black Tie events, so let your imagination run wild.
